PPIAL4H

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIAL4H protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 140 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIAL4H-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYB5R3, SOS2, and APLP1. Each is linked with PPIAL4H in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIAL4H-to-partner and partner-to-PPIAL4H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPIAL4H versus CYB5R3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIAL4H→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIAL4H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
