Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPIAL4G Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPIAL4G data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher PPIAL4G Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPIAL4G expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC are the cancer types where PPIAL4G Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
