Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPFIBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,492 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPFIBP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cortical microtubule organization, Regulation of cell-substrate junction assembly, and Establishment of RNA localization. Each is linked with PPFIBP1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPFIBP1-to-partner and partner-to-PPFIBP1 results are reported.
