PPFIBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPFIBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 457 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPFIBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPZ1, TFAP2D, and ITIH1. Each is linked with PPFIBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPFIBP1-to-partner and partner-to-PPFIBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPZ1 grouped by PPFIBP1-low versus PPFIBP1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPFIBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPFIBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
