Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPFIA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,355 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPFIA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPFIA1_S708, FN1, and SMC4. Each is linked with PPFIA1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPFIA1-to-partner and partner-to-PPFIA1 results are reported.
