PPFIA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPFIA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 438 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPFIA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRPEL2, KHDC3L, and PCCB. Each is linked with PPFIA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPFIA1-to-partner and partner-to-PPFIA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRPEL2 grouped by PPFIA1-low versus PPFIA1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPFIA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPFIA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
