PPEF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPEF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,653 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPEF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, DLGAP5, and CEP55. Each is linked with PPEF2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPEF2-to-partner and partner-to-PPEF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDKN3 grouped by PPEF2-low versus PPEF2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPEF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPEF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
