PPEF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPEF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,685 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPEF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRTAP, IKBIP, and ITGA5. Each is linked with PPEF1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPEF1-to-partner and partner-to-PPEF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPEF1 versus CRTAP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPEF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPEF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
