PPEF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPEF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,984 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPEF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1174P, LINC02451, and MIR3133. Each is linked with PPEF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPEF1-to-partner and partner-to-PPEF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1174P grouped by PPEF1-low versus PPEF1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPEF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPEF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
