PPEF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPEF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPEF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10H5, OR2A5, and C16orf82. Each is linked with PPEF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPEF1-to-partner and partner-to-PPEF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10H5 grouped by PPEF1-low versus PPEF1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPEF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPEF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
