PPDPFL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPDPFL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 221 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPDPFL-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-260P, ENSAP3, and RNA5SP68. Each is linked with PPDPFL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPDPFL-to-partner and partner-to-PPDPFL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-260P grouped by PPDPFL-low versus PPDPFL-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPDPFL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPDPFL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
