The most reproducible PPDPFL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are NADH dehydrogenase complex assembly, Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex I assembly, and Regulation of receptor signaling pathway via STAT. Each is linked with PPDPFL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPDPFL-to-partner and partner-to-PPDPFL results are reported.
