Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPDPF RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,161 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPDPF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are COPII-coated vesicle cargo loading, Positive regulation of mRNA 3'-end processing, and Biological process involved in interaction with symbiont. Each is linked with PPDPF in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPDPF-to-partner and partner-to-PPDPF results are reported.
