Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPDPF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,034 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPDPF-associated genes across cancer lineages are IKBKB, GTPBP4, and PPM1G. Each is linked with PPDPF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPDPF-to-partner and partner-to-PPDPF results are reported.
