PPDPF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPDPF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPDPF-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4A16, ELOCP18, and RPL35AP15. Each is linked with PPDPF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPDPF-to-partner and partner-to-PPDPF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4A16 grouped by PPDPF-low versus PPDPF-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPDPF→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPDPF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
