Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPDPF RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,391 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPDPF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 'de novo' IMP biosynthetic process, RNA methylation, and 'de novo' AMP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with PPDPF in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPDPF-to-partner and partner-to-PPDPF results are reported.
