PPCDC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPCDC RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,122 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPCDC-associated genes across cancer lineages are COMMD4, MRPS11, and ZFYVE19. Each is linked with PPCDC in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPCDC-to-partner and partner-to-PPCDC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPCDC versus COMMD4 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPCDC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPCDC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
