Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPCDC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,205 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPCDC-associated genes across cancer lineages are EFNB3, ABI2, and NDUFS1. Each is linked with PPCDC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPCDC-to-partner and partner-to-PPCDC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPCDC versus EFNB3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPCDC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPCDC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
