PPCDC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPCDC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 82 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPCDC-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED15P7, SDAD1P4, and RN7SL854P. Each is linked with PPCDC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPCDC-to-partner and partner-to-PPCDC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MED15P7 grouped by PPCDC-low versus PPCDC-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPCDC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPCDC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
