PPBPP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPBPP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPBPP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHCHD2P3, OR2AP1, and MIR31. Each is linked with PPBPP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPBPP2-to-partner and partner-to-PPBPP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHCHD2P3 grouped by PPBPP2-low versus PPBPP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPBPP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPBPP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
