Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPATP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,140 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPATP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process via the C-end degron rule pathway, Protein palmitoylation, and Negative regulation of cellular response to hypoxia. Each is linked with PPATP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPATP2-to-partner and partner-to-PPATP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process via the C-end degron rule pathway grouped by PPATP2-low versus PPATP2-high in KIRC.
