Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPATP2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PPATP2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in acute myeloid leukemia (LAML), where higher PPATP2 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPATP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML show a favorable association.
LAML, OV, and GBM are the cancer types where PPATP2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
