PPATP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPATP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,096 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPATP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX5, TFDP1_S23, and NUF2_S247. Each is linked with PPATP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPATP1-to-partner and partner-to-PPATP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPATP1 versus DDX5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPATP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPATP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
