Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPATP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,488 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPATP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are XMP metabolic process, Regulation of microtubule-based process, and Maturation of 5.8S rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA). Each is linked with PPATP1 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPATP1-to-partner and partner-to-PPATP1 results are reported.
