Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPAT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,282 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAICS, SRP72, and MAD2L1. Each is linked with PPAT in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPAT-to-partner and partner-to-PPAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPAT versus PAICS in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.
