Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPAT mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, MSH2, and PCNA. Each is linked with PPAT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPAT-to-partner and partner-to-PPAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by PPAT-low versus PPAT-high in UCEC.
