PPARGC1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPARGC1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,170 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPARGC1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFAF2, CAST, and MFSD12. Each is linked with PPARGC1B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPARGC1B-to-partner and partner-to-PPARGC1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFAF2 grouped by PPARGC1B-low versus PPARGC1B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPARGC1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPARGC1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
