Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPARG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,838 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPARG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPARG_S112, KANK2, and PLCD1. Each is linked with PPARG in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPARG-to-partner and partner-to-PPARG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPARG versus PPARG_S112 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPARG→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPARG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
