PPARG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPARG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,239 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPARG-associated genes across cancer lineages are HROB, HDHD5-AS1, and LONP1. Each is linked with PPARG in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPARG-to-partner and partner-to-PPARG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HROB grouped by PPARG-low versus PPARG-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPARG→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPARG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
