PPARD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPARD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,624 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPARD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTK7, TPD52, and JUNB. Each is linked with PPARD in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPARD-to-partner and partner-to-PPARD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPARD versus PTK7 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPARD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPARD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
