Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPARD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,937 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPARD-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL134P, CCL4, and MIR107. Each is linked with PPARD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPARD-to-partner and partner-to-PPARD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL134P grouped by PPARD-low versus PPARD-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPARD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPARD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
