PPARD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPARD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPARD-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGIP1, SEMG2, and TBC1D21. Each is linked with PPARD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPARD-to-partner and partner-to-PPARD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SGIP1 grouped by PPARD-low versus PPARD-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPARD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPARD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
