PPA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 738 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP135, LINC01050, and IGKV1OR2-6. Each is linked with PPA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPA1-to-partner and partner-to-PPA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP135 grouped by PPA1-low versus PPA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
