Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POU4F3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 907 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POU4F3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA2, TIMM21, and ZIK1P1. Each is linked with POU4F3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POU4F3-to-partner and partner-to-POU4F3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDCA2 grouped by POU4F3-low versus POU4F3-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POU4F3→partner) and Y-score (partner→POU4F3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
