Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, POU4F2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated POU4F2 data layer compared with 14 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher POU4F2 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POU4F2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUSC, and SARC are the cancer types where POU4F2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
