Across TCGA patient cohorts, POU4F2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,637 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POU4F2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular senescence, Protein localization to chromosome, and Peptidyl-lysine modification. Each is linked with POU4F2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POU4F2-to-partner and partner-to-POU4F2 results are reported.
