The most reproducible POU4F2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nucleobase-containing compound transport, DNA replication-dependent chromatin disassembly, and Positive regulation of nucleobase-containing compound transport. Each is linked with POU4F2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POU4F2-to-partner and partner-to-POU4F2 results are reported.
