The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher POU3F3 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POU3F3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and GBM show a favorable association.
