POU1F1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POU1F1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,717 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POU1F1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHMP2B, BET1-AS1, and VPS36. Each is linked with POU1F1 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POU1F1-to-partner and partner-to-POU1F1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POU1F1 versus CHMP2B in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POU1F1→partner) and Y-score (partner→POU1F1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
