The most reproducible POU1F1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to vacuole, Establishment of protein localization to vacuole, and Endosome organization. Each is linked with POU1F1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POU1F1-to-partner and partner-to-POU1F1 results are reported.
