The most reproducible POU1F1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intracellular pH reduction, Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and RNA catabolic process. Each is linked with POU1F1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POU1F1-to-partner and partner-to-POU1F1 results are reported.
