POTEJ

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POTEJ protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,441 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POTEJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are HBA2, HBA1, and HBB. Each is linked with POTEJ in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POTEJ-to-partner and partner-to-POTEJ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POTEJ→partner) and Y-score (partner→POTEJ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
