POTEB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, POTEB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 81 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POTEB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM171A2, MT-ND4, and SEC14L1. Each is linked with POTEB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POTEB2-to-partner and partner-to-POTEB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM171A2 grouped by POTEB2-low versus POTEB2-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POTEB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→POTEB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
