POTEB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, POTEB RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 123 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POTEB-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYNE2, MT-ND4, and PYGL. Each is linked with POTEB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POTEB-to-partner and partner-to-POTEB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SYNE2 grouped by POTEB-low versus POTEB-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POTEB→partner) and Y-score (partner→POTEB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
