POT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,157 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNPO3, TRIM24, and LUC7L2. Each is linked with POT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POT1-to-partner and partner-to-POT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POT1 versus TNPO3 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→POT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
