Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,217 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF66, ZNF738, and CYSTM1. Each is linked with POT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POT1-to-partner and partner-to-POT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POT1 versus ZNF66 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→POT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
