Across TCGA cell cohorts, POT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,058 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of telomeric D-loop disassembly, Telomere maintenance via telomerase, and Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes. Each is linked with POT1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POT1-to-partner and partner-to-POT1 results are reported.
