POSTN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POSTN RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,844 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POSTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are LUM, FBN1, and FAP. Each is linked with POSTN in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POSTN-to-partner and partner-to-POSTN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POSTN versus LUM in SARC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POSTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→POSTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
