Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POSTN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,846 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POSTN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCN3, MMP2, and MRC2. Each is linked with POSTN in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POSTN-to-partner and partner-to-POSTN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POSTN versus RCN3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POSTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→POSTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
