Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POSTN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,184 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POSTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are LAMA4, PDGFRB, and ISLR. Each is linked with POSTN in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POSTN-to-partner and partner-to-POSTN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POSTN versus LAMA4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POSTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→POSTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
